Cecilia Frank creates user interfaces, designs books, printed publications and information graphics, writes texts and stories, designs product graphics and does editorial work, gathering information from various sources to create a meaningful context.

Has designed information and exhibitions for official purposes, such as the City of Stockholm. Has worked at different design studios in England. Has done descriptive illustrations for various encyclopedias, and worked for publishing firms, particularly with education.

Graduated from Konstfack, University College of Art, Craft and Design in Stockholm, with a Masters Degree in Graphic Design and Illustration, in 1990. Has also studied film and media at the University of Stockholm.
